• To receive a full refund for your reservation, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 4 days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total reservation cost.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after your arrival date.
